Ash Discharge Containers: Heat-Resistant Solutions for Power Plants and Industrial Furnaces

MT Makina Engineering

Waste Management in High-Temperature Environments

Ash, slag, and combustion residues from thermal power plants, cement factories, steel mills, and industrial furnace systems can contact the container body at temperatures exceeding 800°C. Standard containers cannot withstand these conditions — metallic structures degrade, weld seams open, and safety risks emerge.

MT Makina Ash Discharge Container Family

Our ash discharge containers are manufactured in 4 volume models: 1 m³, 5 m³, 15 m³, and 30 m³, serving applications from small workshops to the largest thermal power plants.

Heat-Resistant Steel Technology

The body is manufactured from S355J2 high-strength structural steel, capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures up to 600°C. The interior surface is coated with special ceramic-fortified heat-resistant paint for thermal shock resistance.

Industry Applications

  • Thermal power plants (coal, biomass, waste incineration)
  • Cement and lime factories
  • Iron and steel rolling mills and foundries
  • Glass manufacturing furnaces
  • Ceramics and refractory sector
  • Conclusion

Ash discharge containers are essential equipment for high-temperature industries. MT Makina's heat-resistant container solutions reliably serve Turkey's largest energy and heavy industry facilities.
