MT Makina Ash Discharge Containers are specially engineered and tested for the safe, fast, and completely dust-free transfer of high-temperature ash, slag, and flying particulates generated in thermal power plants, biomass facilities, and heavy metallurgical furnaces.

Manufactured using Hardox® wear plates and special heat-resistant pressure vessel steel (EN 10028-2), these containers show maximum resistance against thermal shocks up to 600°C. Thanks to the integrated fully insulated lid system, it maximizes intra-facility air quality and OSHA standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard structural carbon steels radically lose their load-bearing yield beyond 600°C. For such extreme furnace-mouth slags, our factory specifically utilizes Creusabro M alloys, Nickel-alloy stainless (310S grade), or Hardox® HiTemp plates. Please inform our sales engineers regarding your peak operational temperature values during quotation.
