MT Makina Explosives Storage Containers are specially armored mobile units designed for 100% compliant storage of explosive materials (dynamite, emulsion, ANFO, detonators) at mining sites, tunnel constructions, roadwork sites, and military facilities under international security standards (EN 14492-2, CE, ADR). They protect the explosive contents with maximum isolation against external ballistic impacts, shrapnel, and fire hazards in the harshest site conditions.
Constructed with dual-wall steel armor technology and high-density rock wool (A1 non-combustible) insulation in between, it is resistant to thermal shocks. The interior is surrounded by non-sparking wood/marine plywood paneling and anti-static conductive flooring, reducing electrostatic spark risks to zero. The armored double-lock security door system completely prevents unauthorized access. Passive climate control vents prevent gas buildup and maintain optimal temperature.

Detonator & Dynamite Dual-Chamber Design
Per safety regulations, a specialized compartment design featuring two exterior armored doors and a thick steel/sand barricade wall separating sensitive detonators from the main explosive cache to prevent chain ignition.
High-Level Multilock System
Steel enclosures protecting standard padlocks against drills or bolt cutters, combined with sliding recessed mechanical or digital safe locks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Standard config uses heavy steel to resist site hazards and vandalism. If extreme military ballistic resistance (e.g., against NATO STANAG armor-piercing rounds) is requested, we integrate Hardox/Armox 500T or composite panels to render the unit thoroughly bulletproof.
